How to Convert Your Shares
Wait for Continental Email
After the merger closes, Continental Stock Transfer & Trust will email you a share statement. This document shows your Class B share ownership and is required for conversion.
Manage Your Class B Shares
Once you have your Continental share statement, you can access the conversion portal using the button at the top of this page.
Complete Conversion
After conversion, your shares will be Class A shares that can be transferred to your broker for public trading (following the process outlined in the email from Angel with subject "Instructions to Publicly Trade Angel Studios, Inc, Shares").

Your share statement from Continental Stock Transfer & Trust will clearly indicate whether you own Class A or Class B shares. If you own Class A shares, you can transfer them to a brokerage for public trading and do not need this conversion service. Only Class B shareholders need to use this page.
You can request conversion at any time after you receive your share statement from Continental Stock Transfer & Trust. You cannot convert before receiving this email.
Convert to Class A if you want to transfer your shares to a brokerage for public trading on the stock market. Keep Class B if you prefer the enhanced voting rights (10 votes per share) and don't need to trade publicly.
The conversion rate is 1:1 - each Class B share converts to exactly 1 Class A share. For example, if you own 100 Class B shares, converting them will give you 100 Class A shares.
No, conversion from Class B to Class A is permanent and cannot be reversed.
